Bring your friends and a couple non-perishable food items for this special FREE class. We will use your donated food items during the workout in unconventional ways to get your sweat on and get strong while you give back!
Your food or monetary donation will be given to “Feed the Need” at Inter-Faith Community Services serving those in need in the South Denver area.
