ONLINE CLASS SCHEDULE

No equipment? No problem! We have bodyweight classes every Wednesday.
You can use Kettlebells OR Dumbbells for any other class. All classes will leave you with a great workout that gives you cardio and strength every time. If you don’t have prior training specifically in kettlebells, you will be asked to substitute another exercise in place of kettlebell swings.
