All you need is 5-10 minutes a day to create a strong, stable core. Our tried-and-true 30-Day Core Strength Challenge will make sure of it!

Your content is delivered via a daily email. This will give you complete instructions for the day and the video links that show you the technique for the exercise(s) prescribed that day. The difficulty of the exercises will gradually increase as we go through the month, but you will have instructions on how to modify things if you aren’t yet ready for the progression. Some of the exercises will repeat through the week or the month.

Equipment you need to do this challenge:
  • No special equipment is needed! 
  • Your body
  • Light dumbbells or kettlebells (optional for some exercises, but not required)
  • A mat of some kind, or a soft surface
  • Some found items around the house
