Personal Training

1-on-1 training is great for people with demanding schedules who cannot attend regularly scheduled classes or for people who need some extra accountability. Personal training allows you to have the most focused and personalized instruction, coaching and feedback. It’s all about you! We will work together to focus on your personal goals and give you the tools you need to see great results.

Semi-Private Training

Do you like to work out with a friend? Then semi-private training might be best for you. With 2-4 people, you still get plenty of personalized attention while getting a workout that can be adapted for each member of the group.

Distance Training

This option is for you if you live outside the Denver area and still want to train with us. We’ll schedule a Skype or FaceTime session and bring the gym directly to you!

Program Design

This option is for you if you like to workout on your own but need some structure to meet your goals. This program includes one in-person or distance personal training session and a 1 month training program.
