Why Clean & Snatch?

The Clean:

Because it make you efficient in class.

You will be able to move from one exercise to the next with ease and be able to perform more kettlebell complexes, making class more challenging and interesting for you!

A good strong clean sets you up for a good strong press and will help you move your press weight up more rapidly.

The Snatch:

Because it’s the “tsar of kettlebell lifts”.

Snatching:

•builds power and pain tolerance
•forges iron backs, hips, fingers
•develops outstanding cardio-respirtatoy endurance
•develops outstanding grip
•has a tremendous carryover to running, jumping, fighting, etc.
