I had the extreme honor and pleasure to have Jen Sinkler visit Iron Clad last week.

In case you don’t know, Jen is an editor and contributor for many popular fitness publications, a fellow Level 2 RKC, creator of the Lift Weights Faster fitness programs and more. Plus, she’s just an all around fun, gracious and nice person! You can learn all about her at http://www.jensinkler.com/

When I asked if she would mind shooting a video with a new 1 kettlebell workout, she was more than happy to oblige. We had a funny, blooper-worthy moment when a loud truck drove by and then our little thank you’s at the end gave us another giggle.

This was our workout for the day after shooting the video and I’ll tell you, it was simple but not easy.

Each round consists of 20 seconds of high knees/running in place, followed by 10 goblet squats then 10 kettlebell swings with no rest between exercises. This work set took us about a minute, so we took an equal amount of rest, and continued that way for 10 rounds, or 20 total minutes. If you want to add an upper body component, you could easily substitute push ups for the high knees. Have fun!
